Meeting instructions:
Please find the two hosts with signage for Madison & Lex's wedding. They will be located on the right side of the arrivals exit by the Vodafone shop. The hosts will lead you to the bus, which will leave promptly at 1pm.
RETURN
Montimerso & Barrocal to LIS | Sunday 10/13/24

Meeting Instructions:
Please arrive at the front desk of your hotel 15 minutes before departure. The shuttle will leave promptly on schedule.
FRIDAY & MONDAY TRANSPORTATION
We will NOT be sending shuttles between the airport and hotels on either Friday 10/11 or Monday 10/14. Below you will find several options for car rental and private car services. We are also happy to connect you with other guests traveling on these days if you would like to coordinate ride shares.
Arriving by Car:
We have done our best to accommodate a wide range of flight arrival and departure times. If the shuttle departures do not work with your travel schedule, here are some alternative transportation options:
1. Car Rental at Lisbon Airport is quite easy and affordable. The drive to Barrocal and Montimerso is a fairly straight shot and takes ~2 hours. This option would be great for those who may want to do some additional exploring in the rural Monsaraz region.
2. Black Lane Private Car Service: advance online booking for chauffeur service to Sao Lourenco do Barrocal and other hotels.
3. Private Car Transfer via Sao Lourenco do Barrocal. Private luxury car service can be booked directly via the concierge by reaching out to: reservations@barrocal.pt.
Arriving by train:
Évora train station is 50 km from São Lourenço do Barrocal. If you are arriving by train, we suggest you to book a car service directly with São Lourenço do Barrocal.
Arriving by donkey…
…would be the Alentejo way. SLB’s resident donkey, Geronimo, available on request.
